Curious?

1891 census has their address as "Wormwood Scrubs Prison"?! :o
Albert is a butler; Caroline is a cook.

But neighbours are at The Piggeries, Old Oak Road.

I wasn't aware the Wormwood Scrubs employed butlers?! ;D
Seriously though - maybe Albert was employed as a butler in Rutland?

 of  course the obvious thing  is to  get the birth  cert for the  daughter, and check the  mothers  maiden name !............ but I know  that  costs

There's at least 1 tree on Ancestry that has Rose Parker East, born 1892.
Parents Albert East and Caroline Frost! ;D ;D
