my 2nd great grandfather was a chemist porter in Nottingham, the address looks like 2 Britishfield street, has anyone heard of this street or one that sounds like it.
Also My great aunt Elizabeth lived at 434  Bevidge Road, Nottinham, in 1906, has anyone heard of this road or one that sounds like it. I have got this information from 2nd great grandmothers death certificate but the writing is not very good.

Thomas Brooks (chemist's porter) who you were searching for in your other thread was living at 15 Newcastle Street. Or do you have another chemist's porter in your tree?

The only Chemist (shop) I can find as number 2 in Nottingham was 2 Winchester Street, Basford (Mr Dale Retired Chemist and druggist)

Then there is Mr Bennett employing 1 assistant and 1 porter - 2 Castle Gate Newark.

Mr Beardsley at 2 Corporation Oaks Nottingham St Mary

Can you post any scans of these road names from the certs you have.
