Looks like Brushfield Street to me?
(Brushfield Street exists in 1891, in Nottingham and is still there today!)

And the entry says the lady (who was she?) was living at Brushfield Street.
It doesn't say the chemist was at Brushfield Street!! ;D

The informant of the information live at 434 Bevridge Road, Nottingham, and the chemist porter lived at Newcastle Street. Queer.

Is she was a widow, then the chemist porter was already dead? :-\

So that address would (probably) be his former/last address?

It states she is the widow of Thomas Brooks. I would think the address was where she was living at her death. If you would like to give me the name and death date I will look and see if i can see a burial.
