Details on medals please?

Hello everyone,

Could anyone provide with me with some more info on medals I inherited from my grandfather.

I have googled them and think the one is from the Ecclesiastic Conference of London in 1908.

The second I think is the Order of the Red Cross of Queen Elisabeth of Belgium. I'm not sure if that would have been awarded to my grandfather, Theodore Wallis or his father, John Savage Wallis.

I would really appreciate any help.
