All his census entries show he was born 1791 app in Wells, Norfolk although I have not been able to find a birth record there or in surrounding parishes. He married Hannah BROWN on the 23rd Feb 1819 at St Ippollitts Church so obviously arrived in Hertfordshire some time before that. He was an agricultural labourer so can anyone suggest any records where I might find him please.

At least two of the census entries list his surname as WYNN.

Have you ordered whatever is available at HALS Names Online?
What does it say?
