Identification of regiment (photograph), please

Just wondering if an ID can be done of this relative based on his uniform, etc.

Clearly Scottish Infantry regt.  The unifrom is WW1 and he has a 1908 pattern belt.

Hi Alan,

Thanks for your reply. I think I've narrowed it down to the Cameronians (Scottish Rifles). They seem to have been the main recruiting regiment in Robert's area and the uniform appears to match with other pics of them during that time. Shame the cap badge wasn't clearer.
