Photo ID Somewhere around Dundee?

I am trying to identify the location. I think the bus is a green Daimler Dundee bus c 1950's. anybody know the location.

This is Lochee High Street in Dundee. The view looks remarkably similar today.

The original picture is at a slightly different angle but you can see the building at the far end of the street and the steeple where the rest of the building is hidden by other roofs. The clock type tower in between doesn't seem to exist any more.
