James Bradley in Devon
« on: Tuesday 28 May 13 12:35 BST (UK) »
:D Hi, I have decided to start my search again with a clean slate to cut out the confusion.
;) Looking for the birth of James Bradley around1826-he says Tamerton Devon & hopefully his parents.

James & Susan are not the right parents on the 1941 census!

James married Sarah Gower in Australia in 1851and their first child Eliza Agnes was born there 1852 & may have been christened in Lambeth surrey 1853.
The next 2 children on the register share the same Surname and address!!
I am wondering if there is any family connection with James.
Cheers Ken

The address at the time of the christening of the Bradleys in 1853 of 10, Lambeth Square,  Lambeth was the home of Charlotte Blackmore and her family in 1851 with her mother Sarah running it as a lodging house.

If James was born about 1826, he is probably too young to be Joseph George's brother but is it possible that he was his son? There is about 21 years between them.

Can anyone find either of them in 1841?
