Hi mchay,

Welcome to Rootschat :D
Do you have a rough idea when this couple were born or married?

Hi mchay,

The lady you are enquiring about could still be alive if born in 1920 and the rules of the website are that living people (or people who could be still alive) are not discussed. I think the 100 year rule works - as in if the birth was more than 100 years ago it would be reasonably safe to assume that the person was deceased.
If you are looking for info on this couple I would suggest your best bet is to register with Scotland's People which is a pay to view website. www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk.  In saying that you will not be able to view online birth or death records for the couple. You would have to go to one of the Centres like Park Circus in Glasgow or General Register's Office in Edinburgh (there is a daily charge) to view those records.
Sorry I can be of no more help to you :(
Good luck with your research,
Looby
