hey wondered if it is possible to trace a relative that was adapted in 1964, in northern ireland??

The reason that you may not have received any answers here is that this site does not allow any mention of the living or those of an age that may be living for privacy reasons.

A child born in 1964 would most likely have a mother born 1939-1946 approx and possibly still alive

Once a person reaches 18 they have the right to a copy of their birth cert in NI and it is from there the search would start LINK for further information
