Can not find any records for Camden Twp, Kent Co, Ontario including Dresden and Thamesville.

For those viewers who did not find the 1921 Canadian census article try this

Click on Resources at top page then click on Genealogy Records by Country,then click on Canada
The article is 2013 July to September.

A friend mentioned she could not access the information so this is help for all who could not find the article.
