What WW1 place is this?
« on: Sunday 02 June 13 16:00 BST (UK) »
I'm looking at the military records from my Great Grandfather who served in WW1.

There are a few words on his disciplinary record that I can't make out.

Alas I can't attach a picture.

The name of the place he offended in 1918 was something like

Fra (u or n) f (i or e) town. It's all one word.

This could be abroad but it could also be in the UK as he worked in Sunderland for a time.

I'm looking at it on Ancestry and it's the WW1 record of Robert Grayton Stuart, page 24263 of 45911 if anyone can see that too.

Thank you

;D Doing my best, but frequently wrong ;D
:-* My thanks to everyone who helps me, you are all marvellous :-*
