I am researching Mrs Margaret Neve born St Peter Port 1792, married in Tenterden Kent and died in St Peter Port 1903 - yes she was she was 109 and lived in 3 centuries.

She is listed in various census as "fundholder", which has been answered before as living on own means etc. see:

However, looking at a google book, a fundholder on Guernsey might be something more than just "living on own means", that they might have been financial backers to the island:
