Can anybody please help with the following?

John Forsdike/Forsdyke born or baptised 14th Nov. 1761 Suffolk (Otley) Son of Thomas Forsdike & Elizabeth Woolnough.

Did John marry? if so, anybody know who.   Maybe he died young, I have tried to find info on him to no avail. Several of the Forsdikes had a habit of baptising their offspring late, who knows.
