Do you know if his Grandfather was also a Thomas ?

I ask as there is only one ISAAC DAVIES birth registered in Wolverhampton 1883-1888, so I wondered if the ISSAC with purported parents Thomas (c1833, Wales) & Elizabeth is in fact their grandchild?

He is 7 years younger than the next child, and 'Mother' Elizabeth is 50 in 1891 ...


Looks like Mary Jane Davies remarried - to James Currigan - most of the younger Davies kids can be seen with the Currigan couple in 1901 - but Isaac is only aged 8 ??

I am confused 

You say that Isaac James is part of the family you show in 1891 but his birth reg is the next qtr after one for a Frances Eliza - do you have his birth certificate
