I wondered if the first one was an occupation - Nailer?

What is the heading for that column?
Edmonds/Edmunds - mainly Sussex
DeBoo - London
Green - Suffolk
Parker - Sussex
Kemp - Essex
Farrington - Essex
Boniface - West Sussex

I agree with  street, place and the date. I think it also says 12.30 noon. Nailer may be right as well.

The other one I see as 1860 March fifteenth, 12 h 30 m noon, presumably the time of death -

I.e, half past 12, middle of the day not middle of the night!
