I have attached a slightly better copy......born somewhere in Ireland , I cant see what area ???

I think it says they were married Belfast 1834?  Place of birth is bottom line under their name...but can only decipher Ireland....can't make out the area.

Hannah's birthplace is "Co of Fermanagh Ireland".

Samuel's birthplace is possibly "Co of Armagh Ireland".
