Thirlby - cannot make out address

Could anyone help with this writing - I know it says "The Board......" - it is the final word I cannot make out. The location is Thirlby in North Yorkshire. The person is a retired farmer who lived at a farm called Skipton House, but he handed it over to his son. This location must be very near to the farm as it is on the next page of the census.
