I have a death certificate with this, but need suggestions.
I think it refers to a part of London in 1800's

Could it be Bedford Row?

Added- there is such a place in London- just use Google Maps to find it
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

I think it is Bedford Row as the "e" in Bedford is the same as the "e" in years.
