This is a photo of a relative and I was wondering what his uniform is? He was a ticket collector and later a Market Constable....

In 1871 he was working at Bromley as a railway ticket collector and my husband says he would have been working for the London, Chatham and Dover Railway but we can't see a cap badge that would match at the moment.
