Help with decyphering Army medical records 4 Cause

Many thanks for your help. Incidentally it says on his dicharge that his behaviour whilst in the Army (21 years) was bad, has been addicted to drink and absences. He appears 30 times in the Regimental defaulters book and has been court marshalled 3 times! What a fellow

I am not a direct descendant he never married and was my gt grandfather's brother. Phew!
