Passenger record from Vancouver/Seattle to Manila 1941

Looking for a passenger record for Edgar Bruce Green, harbour master, born 1890 England, travelling from either Vancouver or Seattle to Manila Philippines between 28 April 1941 and 8 December 1941.

He arrived into Seattle along with his wife Bertha Victoria Green on the 28 April 1941 aboard the Hikawa Maru with a final destination of Vancouver. He must have returned to Manila alone prior to the Japanese invasion of the Philippines (8 December 1941) because I have a POW record to confirm he was internee in the Santo Tomas Internment camp Manila until 1945 when he returned to San Pedro CA aboard the SS Admiral E W Eberle. I am only looking for this particular passenger record so any help would be appreciated.
