Good evening Marienne

I'm looking for a clarification, more than anything else.

I have a WILLIAM GORMAN, who died in 1890, and buried in Ford Cemetery on 6th November 1890.

From the records I've seen, he was buried in grave B142 which, I believe, is a public grave.

His address looks like it's Ct15 Hyslop and was wondering whether your records had any more information on this address.  I'm thinking it may be Hyslop Street which is not too far away from Dwerryouse Street, where his wife Elizabeth was living in the 1891 Census.

The only minor niggle I have is that his age at death is slightly out by a few years, but I still think it's the William Gorman I'm looking for as his death is the only one I can find that fit's into my William's timeline, as I know he had died prior to the 1901 census.

Many thanks in advance.

This will be down as BZ142 on Marienne's records I think. I think her public burial records just have name, cemetery, section and plot number. No addresses. Looking at the burial record it does look like 15ct (court 15) Hyslop Street. After Hyslop there's a dot that indicates the same word as further above, the one above is Blenheim (Street) and above that Dryden Street. Dwerryhouse and Hyslop are not far from each other:-

Number 15 court is the last court across the street from Dolling Street:-

Hi Steve
BZ is a public grave. the record reads:
William Gorman, Hyslop street -15 Court   age 58 years. interred 6/11/1890.

There are 9 William Gorman's buried at Ford.

Hi Marienne, I don’t know how awkward it is too look for a burial without a plot number- if its too much trouble then leave, i already have a photo of the headstone . A relative of mine has uploaded a photo on ancestry of another relative’s grave in yew tree cemetery, i have asked them what the plot is but they dont know, and i would like to see if anyone else is buried there.

The gravestone has
John collins
1904-1966
Margaret Ann Collins
1905-1992
Tony traynor
25.9.1978-8. ( flower is in the way). 1997

I have looked on ancestry but can not find no burial record, like i said if it’s too much trouble leave it.

Hope all is well.

Good morning Marienne, hope you are keeping well.
Would you please be good enough to tell me the occupants of Ford SP447. There are a number of Bourne family members in there, including John Patrick died Dec 1870.
Many thanks, John
