James Searing School master 1900's Southwalk

Hi all I have a question please, I have a 2nd great uncle James Searing who was a School master and later a Headmaster he taught at Necomen street School in Southwark cir 1900, where would I be able otain information or register of masters/teachers relating to his role and subjects he may have indeed taught.

Hi,

Could it be Elizabeth Newcomen School in Southwark?  There are some records held at the London Metropolitan Archives.

I'm not able to find a reference to Necomen Street School, Southwark in "An Index of London Schools and Their Records" by Cliff Webb.

NEWCOMEN'S (MRS.) ENDOWED SCHOOL
(FOR BOYS & GIRLS)
Newcomen Street, Borough SE.
Office 1 & 2 The Exchange, Southwark st, S E
Clerk, Henry Langston
Master, James Searing
Mistress, Miss Annie J Smith

Hello Paul
    I googled Newcomen Street School, Southwark and found "Bankside and Borough then and now" which gives some history of the school.     Doesn't mention teachers, though, but as an elementary (nowadays Primary) school in 1900 teachers would probably have taught the 3R's, scripture, and not a lot else!
