Looked at Stevington PRs yesterday

Frances Hulet & Ann Lord married at Stevington on 14 June 1813 despite Pallots having it in 1812 & their banns being read in March/April 1811, They baptised 10 children in Stevington between 1814 & 1837 & he was the parish clerk (as well as carpenter) for most of them, & thus he is a witnesses to marriages over that time. If you want these baptisms let me know.

On 11 Sept 1825 the baptism of Francis, an adult, son of William & Ann Hulet, carpenter is recorded.

There is also baptism of adult Samuel on 31 May 1829 and of adult Frances on 17 Jan 1830; son & daughter of James & Martha Hullatt, carpenter. Are they linked?

There are banns at Stevington in July 1814 of George Whittimore of Elstow to Ann Hulet, spinster. The marriage was at Elstow on 11 Aug 1814 a witness was Sarah Lawton. George & Ann then baptised children at Elstow & Ann was buried there on 17/8/1856 age 66 making her born 1790, but not found a baptism for her.

hi john,my goodness you have been busy! thankyou so much. i have the baptism dates for francis children apart from mary ann and lydia,i would really appreciate those. yes, francis was parish clerk and carpenter.                                                      the james and martha are related. james is francis brother and martha was his first wife. i have five children for them.             ann is the correct one and as you said no baptism or not as yet anyway.                     thanks john
