photo clean up

Hi, i was wondering if it would be possible to clean these photos up, maybe even add colour?
One is of my granny and granda on their wedding day and the other is of my mum and dad early in their marriage.
Any help would be really appreciated, thankyou

The other one............both of these photos were scanned at a very low 150 dpi resolution ::)
