Annie Proctor was my GG Grandmother and Rachel was a witness at her wedding so Id say Rachel died infancy.

I believe WP lived about Ballyhackamore c1864 as a daughter was born to him and his wife in that area. (The child died following year  )  Later daughters were born Ballyrushboy, Knockbreda.  One daughter married in Willowfield Church 1888 a...

I knew Wilson Proctor and Theressa Hanlon had 3 daughters (one died in infancy) but I couldn't find the birth record of any sons.

There were at least 3 surviving daughters. Not sure about an infant born 1864 and died 1865.
