Tidy Up and Colour if Possible Please

Hi Yall!

Can any of you clever talented peeps tidy this photo from 1934 for me  please and if someone has the patience and I would love a colour version  I dont have any other version of it and havent tampered with it in any way, this is how it was sent to me - a scan of the original taken out of an album - so fingers crossed something can be done.

According to a small newspaper article the bride wore ivory silk velvet, a veil with orange blossom and carried red roses.The bridesmaids wore blue silk velvet and lemon turbans and carried lemon coloured roses.

All help gratefully appreciated.
