have you considered contacting the Law Society of the United Kingdom for some opinions.....   I do know that some cases were written up in a bound edition of volumes every year for Britain.

So I guess you are looking for Royal versus .............(the murderer) .....there was a website I used ages ago that seem to have a lot of law cases and other legal materials on it but for life of me I cant recall what it was called, if that's any help

Have just contacted the UK Law Society at their Hastings people to see if they can advise.
