30 balshagray avenue ran all the way up across from victoria park to crow road till the motorway was built late 60s, renamed balshagray drive its just a small row of lovely victorian villas. number 30 was third up, now next to the manor park hotel at number 28. No connection to 160 broomhill drive balshagray nursing home. i hope this help

the 1940 valuation roll lists Balshagray Nursing Home, 30 Balshagray Avenue, and several households at 160 Broomhill Drive, which suggests that this address was a tenement building.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
