Falkirk Avenue, Seatoun - COMPLETED
« on: Saturday 03 August 13 22:02 BST (UK) »
My late father gave his address on his army attestation papers in 1942 as 22 Falkirk St, Seatoun, Wellington. He was boarding there as he was only 18 at the time.

Trying to find out what the name of the family living there was. It could have been Masters, as it is known he did board with them at one stage. They did have a daughter Pat, going on a few photos my father had. She was about the same age, possibly older.

Thanks

Hi

In 1946 Eleanor Frances MASTERTON - widow - is resident at 22 Falkirk Ave. along with a possible daughter Mary (spinster).  ???

Possibly the grand-daughter Patricia mentioned in the notice.

Thanks Beg and Lu.

That appears to be the right ones. Checked with my aunt and she said that the name was probably Masterson not Masters.
