Today I came across an old post on this forum from 2007.  I have responded but how do I know if the enquirer is still accessing Rootschat.com and has picked up my message?

Click on the name of the author to see their profile, this will show the last time they were on line. You could also send them a personal  message by clicking on the symbol of a page at the bottom left. See http://www.rootschat.com/help/pms.php

Hiya,

Something that is going on in the background is that we are check that the notification emails get through. Where we find that a notification of a reply has not got through we then try and make contact with that person to let them know somebody has replied to them.
