19th/20th century newspapers that would cover Levishamm & Pickering

Does anyone know which newspapers would have covered these areas please?
I am aware that there was a 'Malton Messenger' and that certainly did part of the job.

When I lived back in Scarborough in the 1970s the Evening News and The Mercury (on a weekend) served those areas in brief too.
