I had a few odd credits.  This is the information on the marriage certificate:

Robert Reid Williams, coal miner, 23   son of Alexander Williams, coal miner, and Margaret Williams (nee Reid).

Jane Brown, domestic servant, 21      dau. of Alexander Brown, storekeeper (deceased) and Mary Jane Brown (nee Freeburn), deceased.

Both bride and groom give their address as 10 Forrest Place, Blantyre

Witnesses were George Blakman (as spelt) and Agnes Hamill (or Hamell).

Don't walk behind me, I may not lead.   Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow.   Just walk beside me and be my friend.
