NELIGAN's of Tralee or Ardfert

My daughters ancestor is Honora Neligan born 1854 who married an English soldier. Honora's parents were Maurice and Margaret Neligan, nee Sullivan. I cant get any further back, and I also cant find any record of what happened to Honora's brother Charles born 1862. If anyone has links to this family Id love to hear from you.
