I am hoping that someone can help me with finding who the parents of Joseph Bowell born Wells area approx. 1788  were. 1841 census has Joseph a widower and family also his brother George (age given as 45) living Queen St. Wells. I have found a marriage between Joseph Bowell and Jemima Young Wells 24/10/1785 St. Cuthberts, and wonder if this could possibly be the couple that I'm looking for. I would be grateful for any help. Thanks.
