I am looking for descendants of Thomas ELLIS born 1810 in East Grinstead, Sussex. He married Mary Ann HOWLTON in 1832 at St George Hanover Square. They raised their family of five children, three girls and two boys, in Keston, Kent. Thomas was a miller and he was also the parish clerk for 18 years prior to his death in 1871. He and his wife are buried in Keston.
His two sons Arthur Thomas ELLIS and William Comber ELLIS continued as millers in Keston. Arthur was retired by 1901.
