William Palmer b.1799c Ramsey

Hi Guys,

New to the site but getting stuck at some points, and wondered if anyone could assist?

Bit of a stickler for proving links in the family where possible, as I've been caught out once or twice with dodgy dates etc.

Am after help finding some proof for the marriage/siblings/parents for William Palmer.

He is the earliest in my lineage on the census (Aged 40 in 1841).

I'd like to find out some more about him, parents/siblings etc, so I can start tracking their lineages, also so I can start heading further back.

His wife is also a mystery, as no one can seem to spell her name!

So it's making it quite difficult to pinpoint..

Having just searched on Ancestry's extracted parish registers, I've stumbled across a record that has William Palmer Alissa Woolley on it.

Can I assume that this is a marriage record?

Can't see a date or anymore info though..

Yes that is a marriage record.

The marriage took place at Ramsey on 8 February 1825 of William Palmer and Alissa Woolley. 
Witnesses:  George Butler and Sarah Gunton.

Alissa Woolley was baptised at Ramsey on 13 January 1802 (born 25 November 1801) the daughter of Matthew and Frances.
