I think the granddaughter on this 1901 entry is the clincher.  Philip has become William and surname is as per image

William is born c 1813-1815 Woodbastwick, Norfolk

1871 he is Widowed and Mother in Law is with him. She is Hannah LONDON born c 1794 Brumstead, Norfolk.
Be careful as I think that the Mother in Law has been remarried
