not for me it isn't..................was okay about half hour ago then no image .....as I was on basic search changed to the interactive    nothing but a black screen  cant find way of changing back now
and its so maddening  just paid new sub as well!!

All my photos have disappeared off my family trees.Cant do searches or anything.Whats going on.

Interesting. All my photos have disappeared on my Anc. tree on my PC but when I access the Anc. App on my iPad it is working perfectly with all pics in place.

think this is part of problem because they are so into apps etc for Ipads its causing them problems

my other problem is I don't have nor want a facebook account....why cant they put a note on their website..which is where we need to know

IOS 7 for ipads, iphones etc. came out yesterday. I had an Anc. App update the other day for my iPad mini to make it compatible to the updated operating system, although I've no intention of updating to '7' until any bugs are sorted. I think you could be-right Sandiep and this is what is causing the problems on the main web page

Like you, I don't want the Facebook button either!!

apparently they have posted a note on Ancestry.Com but I guess we here in the UK don't count!!
