searching for Joseph Henry Charnley
« on: Saturday 28 September 13 09:57 BST (UK) »
Trying to find more information about Joseph Henry Charnley who married Sara Hughes in the registration district of Marleybone in 1888.
1891 census  RG 12, piece 102 folio133, page 12 has him with wife and son at West marleybone , London.
That is all I can find, please can anyone else find more.
Thank you in advance.

Hi - the Free BMD shows a Joseph H Charnley d March 1918 Dartford aged 59,which would seem to

fit the dates you give.

                                                                                  Regards,

                                                                                     Everlea.

I had seen that and discounted it because:
On the 1891 census, Sara's husband is shown as being 58 yrs old, birth year 1833 born in Walworth, London.
Thanks

Hi.

The 1886 record is just the Banns, not the marriage entry in the Parish Register.
