Just found this.
Robert T and Ann D Whaites : late 1890's - were relatives of mine.
Possibly my great grandma's brother. Hard to tell, they were all called Robert in each generation.

I appreciate this is not what you are looking for, but within a selection of photographs of Olde Ipwiche, compiled in books, there are a couple showing these self same houses being built, if memory serves me correctly..
