Exuperius Pickering, widower from Ruabon, married Charlotte Williams, spinster from Chirk, on 31 May 1825...

and was buried on 3 April 1835 aged 54, at Llantysilio

Edward Trench, of the parish of Tardebigg in the county of Warwick, married Amelia Pickering of the parish of Rhiwabon, by licence with the consent of parties, on 28 May 1833.

Witnesses: [something] Robson and Mary [P?]ugh. All signed.

Back to Exsuperius... baptised at Ruabon on 24 May 1782, son of Exsuperius Pickering and Mary (of Ballan?)

Thanks, there were actually a few  Exepurius Pickerings over the generations.

Edward Tench married Amelia who I think is the daughter of the second one, then when she died  in 1861 he later married her elder sister Jessica in Switzerland in 1864. I can`t seem to find any children of his, and the 1841 census is missing for the area.

Llewellyn Lloyd is the one that`s bugging me.

There was Exuperius baptised on 6 Jan 1842, to Philip and Margaret Pickering. And a burial of one aged 5 on 4 April 1851 (dates a bit out to be the same one?)
