Yup there were two Henrietta's, Henrietta Maud born & died 1881 & Henrietta born 1883.
Your probably right as regards remembering the ages with 11 children (the other 9 made it to adulthood) not surprising at all.
Violet Gertrude Phillips although entered on exactly the same page in the birth index as Henrietta Maud & Elizabeth Mary appears to be a different family. In 1891 aged 10 & born Croydon she is in Willesden & described as daughter & Emma/Emily & family are still in Croydon.
