Just made a discovery!

this is probate calendar for Sarah Scott -James Benjamin's wife

Sarah Scott of Brabourne Rowdens Rd Torquay widow died 10 jan 1932 Probate Exeter 1 Apr to Ernest Scott M.D. & David Seth-Smith gentleman
Effects £1605 0s 4d
Resworn £1592 4s 10d

David Seth-Smith was mentioned in Renee Clifton Scott (James Benjamin's sister)'s probate -described as "curator"

I have just discovered who he is
He was James benjamin & Sarah Scott's son in law - he married their daughter Mary !
I couldn't find any more on Mary until now
