Anyone got James Bailey and James Bailey sr on the 1841 census?

Can someone explain how Nancy is missing on the 1861 census?
No Nancy Bailey's aged 4 anywhere?
Could she be with relations and her surname as been accidently taken down as that of her relations.
I'm sure you've thought of that but just in case.

I cant explain why she is missing,
she may be with one of her grandparents or even ill in hospital,her birth and baptism are there,
what I don't understand is why her brother Thomas was baptised in 1861 he is younger than Nancy,
maybe they just forgot to get her done,
