Hi,
I would guess St. Josephs R.C. Church in Caledon. However I do not know the area.

Hi the registration district is probably Dungannon,  and if a catholic died in Caledon they would definitely be buried at St Joseph's church Minterburn Caledon. I know this area very well my mother was born in Caledon. Anne

Gaffy is correct- the registration district is Armagh (not Dungannon). Registration Districts almost always follow the earlier Poor Law Unions (PLU)- to find details of townlands (civil parish, county, PLU, etc.) see http://www.thecore.com/seanruad/
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
