1851 lookup please Falmouth

Hi,
I have checked Freecen but cannot find the person I am looking for so wondered whether I am missing something .
My 3 x great grandmother Elizabeth Burton died in Falmouth in 1862 aged 82. She lived at Quay Hill.
She is a lodger with another family on the 1861 census living in Quay Street ,but I cannot find her on the 1851. The 1851 census was taken around the time her husband Henry Burton died.
If anyone could find her I would be most grateful

Can't see Quay Hill in any of the Districts 1a to 1h .... and she's not indexed as an obvious mis-tran when you search on just forename and Yob +/- 10 years

In Quay Street, there is a Grace Burton of the right age staying with a Mary Ann Dash .... she is (like in 1861) shown as a Pauper in receipt of Parochial Relief ...
