I am trying to find the birth of George Goldsmith. The 1851 census gives his birth as Tunbridge Wells. His mother was Mary but I need the name of his father if I am to progress further! His father was not mentioned in 1841 so presumed dead and in 1851, mother was a widow. If anyone can help I would be very grateful.

What age is he in 1851 and subsequent censuses?
Does he marry - if so who does he name as father on his marriage cert?
Edmonds/Edmunds - mainly Sussex

Boniface - West Sussex

In 1851 his age is given as 21 and 1861 given as 31. I don't have his marriage cert. Perhaps that is my next step!
