St Michael, Coventry
« on: Sunday 03 November 13 16:26 GMT (UK) »
Does anyone have access to the marriage records for the above? I am trying to locate a marriage for Robert Orton to Mary about 1665 +/- 2. I have a feeling they may have married there.

Regards
Colin

At this date you may need Bishop's Transcripts which are held at Lichfield Record Office.
Some 19th century registers for St Michael, Coventry were destroyed in the Blitz but there could be transcripts and also the earlier 17th century ones would have BTs.   Herbert FH Centre Coventry would have more info, or try Lichfield.
